When you create a basic account (Tier 1) on Mintos.Pro, we collect your email address, username, first name, last name, and password (stored in hashed form). You may also provide a profile image. This information is essential for verifying your identity and enabling basic platform features.

2.2 Tier 2 Legal Entity Information

Users who upgrade to Tier 2 (Creator / Legal Entity) provide additional data including: Solana wallet address, phone number, physical address, government-issued ID number, CNP (Personal Numeric Code), IBAN, and bank name. This sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and is required for Web3 features, marketplace transactions, and legal contract generation.

2.3 Transaction Information

We collect details about transactions you conduct on Mintos.Pro, including marketplace purchases and sales, ARThash credit transactions, subscription records, associated fees, and shipping details for physical art. This information is used for processing payments, generating legally binding contracts, and ensuring proper handling of your orders.

2.4 Blockchain Data

When you interact with the Solana blockchain through Mintos.Pro, certain data becomes publicly visible on the blockchain, including your wallet address and transaction signatures. Blockchain data is permanent and publicly accessible by nature — it cannot be modified or deleted after being recorded.

2.5 Technical Information

We automatically collect certain technical information about your use of the platform, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, and referring URLs. This data is used to improve the functionality of our platform, ensure security, and provide a better user experience.

2.6 Communication Information

We may collect information from your communications with us, including emails, messages, support interactions, and any feedback you provide. This helps us respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and improve our services.

2.7 Content & Activity Data

We collect data related to content you upload and create on the platform, including NFTs, Demo Reels, playlists, comments, likes, and scam reports. This data is used to provide platform features, enforce community guidelines, and improve the user experience.

2.8 Gamification Data

We track your platform activity to calculate experience points (XP), levels, badge tier status, and achievement milestones as part of our gamification system. This data is displayed on your public profile.

2.9 Security Verification Data

We collect security-related data including Cloudflare Turnstile verification tokens, verification cookies (24-hour duration), login history, and location data for security verification purposes. This data is used to protect the platform from automated abuse and unauthorized access.

3.1 Facilitate Transactions

Your personal information is used to process and complete transactions on Mintos.Pro. This includes handling payments, coordinating the shipping of physical art, and managing ARThash credit transactions and subscriptions.

3.2 Generate Legal Contracts

Your profile data is used to auto-populate legally binding contracts, including the Web2 Self-Declaration of Responsibility, the Intermediation Contract (for creators/sellers), and the Sale-Purchase Agreement (generated for each marketplace transaction). Contracts include your name, address, identification details, wallet address, and IBAN as applicable.

3.3 Improve Our Services

We use your information to enhance the functionality and performance of Mintos.Pro. This includes analyzing user behavior, conducting research, and implementing new features to better serve our users.

3.4 Communication

We use your contact information to send you updates, notifications, and promotional materials related to Mintos.Pro. You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time through your account settings.

3.5 Security & Compliance

We use your information to ensure compliance with our Terms of Service, protect the security of our platform, prevent fraudulent activities, enforce bot protection (via Cloudflare Turnstile), and comply with applicable legal obligations.

3.6 Gamification

We use your activity data to track progress, calculate experience points and levels, and award badges and achievements within the platform's gamification system.

4.1 Encryption

Sensitive personal data, including Tier 2 legal entity information (IBAN, bank details) and delegate wallet keys, is encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. Passwords are stored in hashed form and are never stored in plain text.

4.2 Blockchain Permanence

Data recorded on the Solana blockchain — including wallet addresses, transaction signatures, NFT metadata, and ownership records — is permanent and publicly accessible. This data cannot be modified, deleted, or made private after it has been recorded on-chain. Users should be aware that blockchain transactions are irreversible.

4.3 Decentralized Storage

NFT metadata and associated media files are stored on Irys, a permanent decentralized storage network. Once uploaded, this data is permanently stored and publicly accessible via the Irys gateway. This ensures the longevity and availability of your digital assets.

4.4 Database Security

Application data is stored in MongoDB with network isolation to separate mainnet and devnet data. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5.1 Blockchain Public Data

Your wallet address, transaction signatures, and NFT ownership records are publicly visible on the Solana blockchain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be restricted by Mintos.Pro.

5.2 Contract Counterparties

When marketplace transactions occur, buyer and seller information is shared through the auto-generated Sale-Purchase Agreement. This includes names, addresses, identification details, and wallet addresses as necessary to complete the transaction and fulfill legal requirements.

5.3 Shipping Partners

For physical art transactions, we share your shipping information with trusted courier partners to facilitate delivery. This is necessary to ensure that your purchased items are delivered to the correct address.

5.4 Legal Authorities

We may disclose your information to legal authorities if required by law, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, as well as the rights, property, or safety of our users or others. In cases of intellectual property disputes, the platform may provide your name or pseudonym to third parties claiming infringement, without disclosing other personal data.

5.5 With Your Consent

We may share your information with third parties when you have given us your explicit consent to do so.

6.1 Essential Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. These cookies are necessary for the platform to function correctly and cannot be disabled.

6.2 Security Cookies

Cloudflare Turnstile verification cookies (24-hour duration, HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite) are used to verify that users are human and to prevent automated abuse. These cookies are essential for platform security.

7.1 Access and Update

7.2 Data Portability

You have the right to request a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. We will provide this data to you or a third party of your choice, where technically feasible.

7.3 Deletion / Right to be Forgotten

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems. However, please note that data recorded on the Solana blockchain (wallet addresses, transaction signatures, NFT metadata) is permanent and cannot be deleted due to the immutable nature of blockchain technology. Data stored on Irys decentralized storage is also permanent. Account deletion will remove your off-chain data (profile information, preferences, activity history) from our databases.

7.4 Restrict Processing

You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain circumstances, such as if you contest the accuracy of the data or object to its processing.

7.5 Withdraw Consent

8.1 Account Data

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your off-chain data is soft-deleted and retained for a limited period as required for legal compliance and dispute resolution purposes.

8.2 Blockchain Data

Data recorded on the Solana blockchain is permanent and cannot be deleted. This includes wallet addresses, transaction signatures, NFT ownership records, and metadata stored on decentralized storage (Irys).

8.3 Legal Contracts

Signed contracts (Web2 Self-Declaration, Intermediation Contract, Sale-Purchase Agreements) are retained for the legally required compliance period, even after account deletion.

8.4 Security Logs

Login history, security verification records, and access logs are retained for security monitoring purposes and are periodically purged in accordance with our data retention policies.

9.1 Wallet Control and Security

Mintos.Pro does not have access to or control over your electronic wallet's private key. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your wallet, including keeping your private key and seed phrase confidential. We recommend never sharing your wallet credentials with anyone.

9.2 Loss of Wallet and Assets

If you lose access to your electronic wallet, you may lose access to your digital assets, including any NFTs or cryptocurrency funds associated with it. Mintos.Pro cannot recover or replace lost assets, as we do not have the ability to access or manage your wallet.

9.3 Third-Party Wallet Providers

By using a third-party wallet to interact with Mintos.Pro, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the wallet provider. Mintos.Pro is not responsible for any issues that arise from your use of third-party wallets.
